This one of a kind multi-purpose project is a benchmark for the real estate community in the region. The Gate project consists of 8 buildings, 6 of which are residential, 1 hotel apartment run by a world class hotel operator, and 1 office building, sports and health club and polyclinic. These buildings stand atop a podium which contains a 50,000 sq.m. state of the art mall, below which is a 5 story mix  of underground traditional and automated parking system housing up to 4000cars.  Connecting all components is a one-of a kind “megatree” design covered in lush plants and solar cells. This project is designed with the latest technology in sustainability, architectural details, engineering and electronics, becoming the gate to a new era of design and technology in Egypt.
