This design proposal is for a music and performance centre in China. The main element of this project is a spherical performance hall that has an open able roof, allowing it to be used in a dual fashion: for regular performances or concerts the dome can be closed, while for large-scale music festivals it can be opened and will provide the stage and additional seating for the existing outdoor event.
