This one-of-a-kind project concept is creating a city of hundreds of small boutique hotels in one destination. The project is divided into different zones, where each zone is given a different cultural and architectural theme. The pilot project, currently under construction, is a stand-alone 300 room hotel. The rest of the project consists of 3000 rooms divided amongst 300 boutique hotels, each of which contains from 8 to 20 rooms. Spread across the 500 thousand square meters are more than 200 different commercial, service and retail outlets, creating an open shopping resort in 7 different themes: Arabian, Mexican, Asian, Anglo, Greek, Mediterranean and Modern International. This makes Hotel City a unique attraction amidst all the Red Sea resorts, as well as a destination and touristic hotspot for family vacations and night life .
