This new city is planned in partnership with the Government of Damascus, developed in order to replace the current slum housing inthe area, and provide proper housing with basic amenities. It is designed with a high-tech configuration to be the first sustainable project in Syria. The project components are:

• Residential area, for economical housing and upper middle class housing.
•  A large-scale shopping mall – the largest in Syria.
• A business hub that includes a stock exchange, convention centre and theatre, and a commercial tower that will be the tallest tower in Syria.
