This project was designed as part of the entertainment city Dubailand. It is a residential community that consists of apartment buildings, villas and palaces, and they were all designed to be dynamic structures. The buildings were designed such that each floor would rotate independent of the other, and there were different types of dynamic villas, such as:

• Rotating villas: These villas were each on their private plot of land, and each floor could be rotated at will with the use of a remote to provide the resident different views for each room.
• Flying villas: These were villas that were attached to an arm that could be operated by the villa resident, and upon their wish the arm would lift the villa up to a certain and rotate it on a given radius.
• Floating villas: These villas were built on the water and they could move in the water in a given radius.
